Job Summary
An accounting company is in need of a Remote Accounting Services Manager in Phoenix.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Training and coaching a team of accountants
- Aligning client’s needs with accountants’ expertise
- Reviewing accountants’ work to ensure the highest quality service to clients
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 10 years of related accounting experience
- 4 years of hands-on management experience
- Experience in developing strong remote team relationships
- Superior relationship building skills and account management experience
- Knowledge of new technology including QuickBooks
