A financial support services company has an open position for a Remote Accounting Services Manager in San Diego.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional accounting and operational service
- Oversee client onboarding process
- Monitor team member performance
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Embrace new technology including QuickBooks, Bill.com, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, HubDoc
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 10 years of related accounting experience
- 4 years of hands-on management experience
- Proven ability to attract, build and retain a high-performance team
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing
