A software company has a current position open for a Remote Accounting Software Support Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Troubleshoot a wide range of issues
- Provide support to customers via telephone, e-mail, chat, and the internet
- Assess the nature of customer problems and resolving most support issues
