Job Summary

A non-profit electricity company is seeking a Remote Accounting Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Working with the controller to ensure monthly close is clean and timely
• Supporting accounts payable activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness of bill posting
• Assisting in generating donor invoices and sending statements

Required Skills:

• BA/BS in Business with an emphasis in accounting
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment or nonprofit space
• Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to work independently
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent time management
