Remote Accounting Specialist

Job Summary

A health technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Accounting Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Assist team in full completion of monthly invoicing for all A/R
• Assist in maintaining templates needed for A/P and A/R figurations, as needed
• Assist with tracking and notifying billing team of issues for each billing cycle

Required Skills:

• Associates degree or equivalent years of direct experience or certifications
• Intermediate to advanced skillset with Excel
• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, business licensing, payroll, payroll tax rules, etc
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Detailed oriented with ability to produce and maintain accurate records
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
