A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Accounting Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying solutions to problem reports and deliver them to customers
- Prompting customers for information necessary to troubleshoot problem reports
- Routing non-accounting customer issues to appropriate teams and team members
