Job Summary

A marketing company is in need of a Remote Accounts Payable Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Reviewing and processing vendor invoices
• Reconciling vendor statements and answer vendor inquiries
• Processing and distributing payments via ACH, wire and check

Required Skills:

• Experience using databases, NetSuite, Workday or similar ERP
• General business knowledge such as basic finance, marketing, sales and accounting
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent, relevant, business experience
• Solid problem solving skills, analytical abilities, and attention to detail
• Results focused, can work quickly and efficiently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
