A telecommunications company is seeking a Remote Accounts Payable Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing the approval process of incoming supplier invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements to supplier ledgers
- Providing weekly and monthly aged debt reports for review
Qualifications for this position include:
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable
- Have worked in a fast paced environment previously
- A good understanding of accounting systems and processes
- Strong/Advanced MS Excel spreadsheets skills
- Strong numerical and communication skills
- Ability to use general office management software and systems
