Job Summary

A technology consulting firm is seeking a Remote Accounts Payable and Payroll Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Ensuring approval of all expenses in Salesforce and Bill.com
  • Ensuring all credit card expenses are entered into Salesforce
  • Reviewing AP balances and addressing issues as necessary

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of two years experience in financial support, payroll, or AP position
  • Familiarity with payroll processing
  • Good knowledge of legislation relevant to accounting and payroll
  • Working knowledge of accounts payable and payroll systems
  • Comfortable with Excel (functions, data etc)
  • An analytical mind with good math skills
