Remote Accounts Payable and Receivable Manager in Chicago

Job Summary

A business services provider has a current position open for a Remote Accounts Payable and Receivable Manager in Chicago.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Receive and review invoices and relevant paperwork
• Track and monitor aging and past due receivables
• Manage vendor and customer onboarding and system entry

Qualifications Include:

• We have made the decision to continue working remotely through the remainder of the 2020 year
• Experience working with QuickBooks Online and/or other accounting software
• Associates degree or equivalent
• 3 years of accounting experience, preferably at a logistics company
