Job Summary

A medical group is seeking a Remote Accounts Payable Bookkeeping Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Organize, code and process company invoices
Ensure invoices have proper back-up and approval for payment
Input invoices into accounting system

Skills and Requirements Include:

College-level coursework in a related field with 2-3 years’ related experience; or equivalent
Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience with accounting software
Excellent basic math skills
Demonstrated customer service focus
