Remote Accounts Payable Coordinator

Job Summary

An online advertising firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Accounts Payable Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Posting approved vendor and general expenses, and responding to vendor inquiries
• Managing email inquiries and escalate as needed, and providing A/P aging to Analyst and Managers for review
• Coordinate with vendor partners to gather documentation and setup payment profiles

Qualifications Include:

• Proficiency with MS Office suite, especially Excel and pivot tables
• Payables or accounting experience in media environment strongly preferred
• Must be extremely detail-oriented and able to multitask to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work independently and without supervision
