Remote Accounts Payable Insurance Analyst

Job Summary

A specialty risk management advisory firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Accounts Payable Insurance Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Corresponding with insurance/brokerage companies on daily basis
• Preparing and submitting carrier payments for each of the insurance/brokerage companies
• Reviewing and reconciling daily Subsidiary Aged report to identify invoices available to pay

Qualifications for this position include:

• Two years accounts payable experience/education
• Minimum, Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Experience within insurance accounting
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Be well versed in Excel and Word
• Must be familiar with carriers
