Job Summary
A product design process company is filling a position for a Remote Accounts Payable Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Functioning as the subject matter expert for the AP process
- Performing monthly Accounts Payable close, assisting with journal entries and reconciliations
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining systems procedures and policies to ensure adherence to company guidelines
Position Requirements Include:
- A Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
- Minimum of 10+ years of Accounts Payable, including at least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Must have 1099 filing experience
- Knowledgeable of forms W-9 and W-8 requirements
- Experience working with multiple entities and currencies
