Job Summary

An insurance and financial services company has an open position for a Remote Accounts Payable Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Direct accounting of financial records
• Oversee account reconciliation, journal entry posting, etc
• Ensure audit inquiries are responded to in a timely and professional manner

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field
• 5+ years accounts payable experience
• Strong knowledge of finance and/or accounting practices and procedures
• Thorough understanding of GAAP and statutory accounting
• Ability to work with and maintain secure and confidential information
• Ability to work remotely and have access to high-speed internet
