Job Summary
A healthcare and senior living company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Accounts Payable Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Verifying and performing initial review on vendor’s legitimacy
- Owning and maintaining vendor profiles
- Assisting with month-end AP accrual procedures
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalency
- Minimum of two years of business accounting or other relevant experience
- Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
- Strong analytical and data gathering skills
- Experience and competency working with people from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to process accurate information in a timely manner
