Job Summary

An IT company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Accounts Payable Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Processing 100+ marketing invoices monthly for the US and Canada
• Investigating and answering vendor and internal inquiries regarding unpaid invoices
• Creating new vendors and/or editing Accounts Payable information for existing vendors

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Works with urgency in fast-paced sales-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a good sense for analytics, pivot tables, finance, presentation, layout, and design
• 2 years+ of accounts payable experience
