Job Summary

An international consumer products e-commerce company has an open position for a Remote Accounts Payable Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Operate invoice and payment request classification
• Perform validation of freight and 3PL related charges
• Perform validation of Sales, General and Administrative charges

Required Skills:

• Associates Degree
• 3+ years Accounts Payable experience
• Knowledge of the principles and practices of accounting including terminology
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with NetSuite or larger ERP accounting system
• Strong ability to follow up on pending issues
