Job Summary
A musical instrument manufacturing company has a current position open for a Remote Accounts Payable Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolving pricing/quantity discrepancies
- Interact with internal and external customers by responding to inquiries
- Assist with month end journal entries to accrue for unrecorded liabilities
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience in Accounts Payable invoice/credit processing at a high volume
- General accounting knowledge
- Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Associate of Arts degree relating to Accounting or Finance, professional certification or equivalent experience
- Ability to exercise judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of job performance
