Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Remote Accounts Payable Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Process invoices and payments
- Prepare and process wire transfers and ACH payments
- Maintain and manage the accounts payable system
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in accounting and/or business administration
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software
