Remote Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Remote Accounts Payable Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Process invoices and payments
• Prepare and process wire transfers and ACH payments
• Maintain and manage the accounts payable system

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in accounting and/or business administration
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software
