Remote Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Summary

A digital mapping software developer is in need of a Remote Accounts Payable Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Corresponding with vendors to promptly resolve problems and discrepancies
• Maintaining records of payment and payment confirmation
• Ensuring that vendor invoices are approved and paid within their due dates

Qualifications for this position include:

• SaaS industry experience would be an asset
• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or similar role
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Proven ability to work independently, as well as within a team
• Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, and problem-solving skills
• Post secondary Finance/Accounting education or commensurate professional experience
