Job Summary
A marketing services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Accounts Payable Specialist and Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Managing accounts payable (in QuickBooks Online and other programs)
- Verifying, classifying, recording, reconciling, and paying vendor and contractor invoices
- Identifying opportunities to save money, improve cash flow, and minimize risks
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years of experience in a AP role
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills required
- Principled, flexible, and resourceful with a positive customer service mentality
- Ability to multitask and prioritize, in a busy and dynamic environment
- Strong written communications
- Open-minded and excited about ways to use technology and processes to be more efficient
