Job Summary
A professional training and coaching company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Accounts Payable Specialist in Bellevue.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Routing all invoices to appropriate personnel for approval prior to payment
- Managing accounts payable tasks which include receiving, reviewing and coding all invoices in the accounting GL
- Assisting with month end close tasks which will include accruals/reversals, amortization schedules and reconciliations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience with ERP applications
- 3-5 year's experience in full cycle accounts payable processing including invoice processing and cash management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
