Job Summary
An eCommerce retailer is in need of a Remote Accounts Payable Supervisor.
Must be able to:
- Coach and develop staff who handle accounts payable
- Ensure that A/P invoices are correctly recorded by suppliers
- Confirm the appropriate matching of invoices to packing slips and POs, as well as resolution of discrepancies
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 6 years of Accounts Payable experience minimum
- Intermediary spreadsheet skills
- Experience with NetSuite and Bill.com
- General ledger experience
- Detail oriented and organized
