Job Summary
An e-commerce delivery provider is filling a position for a Remote AR Accountant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing Cash Receipts and Lock Box Transactions for business units on a daily/weekly basis
- Performing Bank Reconciliations for assigned bank accounts
- Maintaining daily Credit Card receipt logs and reconciling process for on-line business entities
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar field
- 2+ years’ experience in accounting/finance
- Familiarity with accounting principles, GAAP, IFRS, FASB
- Demonstrated experience in variance analysis, reconciliations, and journal entries
- Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Must be detail oriented with excellent follow through and initiative
