Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Accounts Receivable and Collections Staff Accountant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Monthly billing of non-patient service agreements, professional agreements, and sublease agreements, including follow up on aged accounts
- Calculating, record, and reconcile the monthly A/R revenue accrual
- Calculating, recording, and reconciling the monthly bad debt expense accrual
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to communicate with people of all levels of the organization professionally
- Possess negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Must work well in a team environment
- Very well organized and the ability to multi-task
- Experience with accounting systems preferred, SAGE 500
- Highly proficient in Excel and Word
