Job Summary
A global cybersecurity technology company is filling a position for a Remote Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Resolving customer issues that may affect payment, such as purchase order requests
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
- Generating account statements and providing customers with supporting documentation
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in collections
- Minimum of 3 years of current, related Accounts Receivable experience
- Proficient in Excel
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent analytical skills, math aptitude and data entry skills with emphasis on accuracy
