Job Summary

A software technology company has a current position open for a Remote Accounts Receivable Collections Representative in Lehi.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Monitoring customer accounts and detecting overdue payments
• Collecting customer data with regards to past due balances and payments
• Contacting customers via telephone to discuss their past due balances

Required Skills:

• 1 year of experience working as a Collections Representative or in a similar position
• Proven excellent customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated comfort communicating with clients about past due balances via the telephone
• Proven excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• 1 year of experience with Google Workspace (formerly G Suite), Microsoft Office, or similar programs
• High School diploma or GED
