Job Summary

A healthcare services company is seeking a Remote Accounts Receivable Coordinator in Charlotte.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Accepting incoming telephone calls regarding insurance appeals and denials
  • Processing claim rejections in Realmed
  • Resolving outstanding or pending insurance account balances

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Strong government payer experience
  • At least 2 years' experience in a Medical Billing environment
  • Must be able to interpret insurance explanation of benefits
  • HS Diploma or GED
