Job Summary

A travel company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Accounts Receivable Customer Service Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Responding to all inbound Centralization inquiries from TLN participating advisors
  • Serving as a liaison between suppliers and customers
  • Conducting investigations and developing plans to fix commission discrepancies

Required Skills:

  • 1-3 years of experience with Accounts Receivable and Collections
  • High degree of familiarity with AR functions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Intermediate to Advance Excel Skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Critical thinker, with autonomy and problem-solving capabilities
