Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Accounts Receivable Management Operations Director II in Frisco.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Overseeing centralized billing/collections/reimbursement
• Providing operational direction to assigned site and business function
• Managing all aspects of change management

Qualifications Include:

• Advanced knowledge of healthcare A/R,  collections, insurance, government programs and appeals
• Advanced knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies and/or hospital based operations
• Ability to create and clearly communicate strategic and tactical plans leading to an efficient and effective operation
• 4 year college degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Health Administration or equivalent experience
• 7 - 10  years experience directing a multi-facility healthcare business office or financial services call center
