Job Summary

A security and smart home automation is filling a position for a Remote Accounts Receivable Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Handling a high volume of both inbound and outbound customer calls
• Processing customer refunds and credits, reviewing account adjustments, resolving client discrepancies

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• High School diploma
• Working knowledge of PC’s with intermediate keyboard skills; Microsoft Excel and Word
• Basic math skills
• Minimum of 1 year Collections or Accounts Receivable experience
