Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Accounts Receivable Research and Resolution Representative.
Must be able to:
- Prepare reports and/or sends specialized invoices when necessary
- Maintain knowledge of current government and/or carrier regulations relevant to the industry
- Identify and report trends in carrier payments and denials
Position Requirements Include:
- Knowledge of and skill in using personal computers in a Windows environment
- Knowledge of medical insurance and its terminology
- Basic knowledge of ICD-9 and CPT codes
- Ability to identify, research and solve problems and discrepancies
- Ability to process assigned duties in an organized manner
- High school diploma or equivalent
