Job Summary
A rehab therapy solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Accounts Receivable Services Specialist in Newport News.
Must be able to:
- Be an advocate for our customers by completing appeals for claim denials and/or low insurance payments
- Work aging accounts and collect pending receivable payments
- Prioritize and effectively communicate tasks to your team
Qualifications for this position include:
- Two years of customer service experience
- Experience supporting small to mid sized environments
- Fluent in billing language and comfortable with A/R software
- Able to meet weekly metrics by working with more than 45 accounts per day
- Able to make decisions, solve problems, and find solutions
- Aptitude for memory and confidentiality in all situations
