Job Summary
A health insurance company is seeking a Remote Accounts Receivable Specialist 2.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working EDI transactions and ERA files, including reconciling carrier submissions, edits and rejection reports
- Researching and resolving accounts appearing on Delinquent Insurance Report, Collection Ledger and Government Payor report
- Making appropriate decisions on accounts to be worked to maximize reimbursement
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- 3+ years of work experience
- Ability to articulate thorough knowledge of the A/R process
