Remote Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A fitness consulting company is in need of a Remote Accounts Receivable Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Making changes to client payment schedules
• Managing the status of accounts and balances
• Analyzing escalated non-payment accounts

Required Skills:

• At least 1 year of Collections experience preferred
• At least 2 years of A/R experience preferred
• Able to support working hours of around 9am MST - 6pm MST M-F
• High level problem solving skills with multilevel and high volume situations
• Excellent internal and external, verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable high-speed internet, computer, and computer accessories (mouse, keyboard, etc.)
