Job Summary

A coaching and consulting company is seeking a Remote Accounts Receivable Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Creating and managing invoices and account statements
  • Creating new billing schedules for clients using services such as PaySimple, FattMerchant, and Square for ACH and credit card payments
  • Providing solutions to any relative problems of clients

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of A/R experience
  • High School or GED
  • Ability to live and work on YOUR terms!
  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel proficiently
  • Attention to detail
