Job Summary

A coaching and consulting company is seeking a Remote Accounts Receivable Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Provide billing/account management services
• Create and manage invoices and account statements
• Create new billing schedules for clients using services such as PaySimple, FattMerchant, and Square for ACH and credit card payments

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Ability to follow agreed-upon standardized process(es) to ensure invoices are created, tracked, and paid on-time utilizing the Company’s internal CRM tool (training will be provided)
• Ability to send regular follow-up emails, text messages, and make regular phone calls, to encourage clients to pay their outstanding balance
• Ability to provide solutions to any relative problems of clients
• Ability to make outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations
• Ability to identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
