Remote Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A software and technology company is filling a position for a Remote Accounts Receivable Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Follow up with customers about their account's payment status
• Create and send customer invoices based on customer contracts
• Support clients with escalated billing questions

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• High degree of familiarity with accounts receivable functions
• The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; Primarily Microsoft Excel
• Competency working with spreadsheets and managing large amounts of data
