Remote Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A SaaS company has a current position open for a Remote Accounts Receivable Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Exercising professional judgment and positive communication with customers regarding billing and payment queries
• Negotiating with customers on past due amounts and creating and enforcing approved payment plans
• Monitoring and recommending any seriously delinquent accounts for database termination

Required Skills:

• 2-3 years demonstrated A/R accounting experience
• Demonstrated customer service experience
• Flexibility with workload and ability to adhere to tight deadlines, and able to adjust schedules as needed
• Knowledge of SaaS companies and subscription-based revenue models
• Understanding of GAAP principles, and internal controls
