Job Summary
An energy company is in need of a Remote Accounts Receivable Specialist II.
Must be able to:
- Take inbound and makes outbound calls to customers
- Explain options and works with customers to resolve past due amounts
- Review and analyze accounts receivable aging reports
Position Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Three years of credit-related experience, with financial analysis experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Access
- Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to effectively multi-task
- Must be detail oriented with the ability to take projects/tasks through to completion
- Demonstrates problem-solving skills in a customer-focused environment
