Remote Accounts Receivable Specialist II

Job Summary

An energy company is in need of a Remote Accounts Receivable Specialist II.

Must be able to:

• Take inbound and makes outbound calls to customers
• Explain options and works with customers to resolve past due amounts
• Review and analyze accounts receivable aging reports

Position Requirements Include:

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Three years of credit-related experience, with financial analysis experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Access
• Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to effectively multi-task
• Must be detail oriented with the ability to take projects/tasks through to completion
• Demonstrates problem-solving skills in a customer-focused environment
