Job Summary
A technology and media company is filling a position for a Remote Accounts Receivable Specialist in Los Angeles.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Collecting information on new clients and products
- Designing and executing an effective collection process
- Interacting directly with clients
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel is required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with an exceptional academic record
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in Accounting functions
- Fluent in Microsoft Excel & Office, Google Suite, QuickBooks Online
- Experience using Expensify or similar, payroll processing applications, and Salesforce.com
- Naturally detail-oriented, with an obsessive need to document and communicate findings
