A provider of tax services is filling a position for a Remote Accounts Recoverable Collection Specialist in Phoenix.

Must be able to:

  • Advise clients of proper payment schedules following company policy
  • Research and analyze accounts prior to initiating client contact
  • Maintain complete records on all accounts including detailed notes on collection efforts
