A real estate and property management company is in need of a Remote Acquisition Associate.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Underwrite single-family rental investment properties
  • Work collaboratively with various departments
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience with Real Estate underwriting
