Job Summary

An analytics company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Product Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Functioning as primary customer contact for all incoming calls
  • Ensuring the highest level of communication with the customer
  • Facilitating resolutions with customer contacts

Qualifications Include:

  • 3-5 years of customer contact center or customer service experience
  • Experience with operating systems, desktop domains and Windows security
  • Ability to interpret  schemas and/or author queries and stored procedures
  • Strong communication skills written and verbal
  • Experience in documenting customer issues with ability to tailor the explanation
  • Experience in effectively dealing with customer service issues and handling customer conflict
