Remote Actuarial Services Director

Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Actuarial Services Director.

Must be able to:

• Conduct and evaluate studies on pricing, utilization and health care costs
• Determine the impact of various actions on premiums and product proposals
• Mentor and develop an elite team of actuaries

Qualifications Include:

• 5+ years of team management experience, including managing remote team members
• 5+ years of working in a matrix environment, interacting with customers in multiple areas
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• ASA (Associate of the Society of Actuaries) or FSA (Fellow of the Society of Actuaries) designation
• Extensive knowledge of regulations, concepts and methodologies in health care
