Job Summary
A financial services institution is filling a position for a Remote Actuary Vice President.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support all Actuarial business units and functions
- Ensure risk-smart execution of enterprise risk & control policies
- Act as a representative for Actuarial with control partners from the Model Risk Management Group
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 7-10 years of insurance experience
- Expertise in enterprise risk and controls frameworks
- Expertise in model development, testing, risk or governance
- Demonstrated ability to influence peers, senior leaders, and others without direct managerial oversight
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent relationship management
- Proven strength in creating positive working relationships and leading projects with heavy cross-business collaboration
