Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Acute Care RN for Night Shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with members by telephone to provide clinical advice
- Connecting members with the necessary care, including triage to providers within the company
- Listening carefully to provide medical education, answer questions, and direct patients to the next level of care they need
Required Qualifications:
- A compact RN license and willingness to obtain additional licenses as needed
- A minimum of 4 years of RN patient care experience
- Prior clinical triage experience in settings such as Emergency Department, urgent care, or primary care
- Enjoy fast-paced work, eager to task switch, and happy to help out colleagues
- Eager to learn and quickly develop strong skills navigating electronic medical records and remote telephone and virtual video systems
