Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Acute Infusion Patient Clearance Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Performing benefit verification of all patient insurance plans
• Calculating estimated patient financial responsibility
• Reviewing and obtaining clinical documents

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Acute Infusion experience
• Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care reimbursement guidelines
• Ability to interpret payor contract fee schedules based on NDC and HCPCS units
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Basic level skill in Microsoft Excel & Word
