Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Acute Infusion Patient Clearance Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Performing benefit verification of all patient insurance plans
Calculating estimated patient financial responsibility
Reviewing and obtaining clinical documents

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

High school diploma or equivalent
Acute Infusion experience
Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care reimbursement guidelines
Ability to interpret payor contract fee schedules based on NDC and HCPCS units
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
Basic level skill in Microsoft Excel & Word
