Job Summary
An emergency response company is in need of a Remote Acute Physician Assistant in the Brooklyn Area.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Acting as a remote emergency provider
- Seeing and treating acutely ill patients through a telehealth video application
- Taking histories, performing examinations aided by the CCS, and order appropriate diagnostics and therapeutics
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Occasional training sessions at headquarters
- New York State PA license
- Emergency Medicine experience, required
- 2 years of Emergency Medicine experience
- Must be able to partner with the medical team to treat patients with acute medical issues
- Must be able to work consistently with all medical issues for the geriatric nursing home population
